About
My career started as an electrical engineer serving industrial facilities, with a bachelors and masters degree from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado. Problem solving, analyzing, optimizing, researching and efficiently driving for solutions is deeply embedded in me. After practicing engineering for 17 years, I found myself exhausted, burned out, depressed and trying to manage a chronic disease. I decided to pursue my lifelong dream of helping others achieve their nutrition and wellness goals.
My mission is to help women with inflammatory bowel disease achieve and maintain remission, as well as their wellness goals through mind-body awareness and positive change. I want you to be your best self and comfortable in your skin. I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in March of 2020 as a certified holistic health and nutrition coach.
